I try to be optimistic. I gave them 25,000 for silver in April and it’s now 10 months later and this summer hasn’t made it to the Depository so I’ll let you figure out whether this should be a one star or two.

I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone, or an email response. I think I made a mistake too. UPDATE: I have had contact with Colonial Metals Group! A representative called me and explained the delays and made sure I was calling the correct number.
