I took my bracelet in for a simple repair, and the result was terrible. The ring is not properly closed, it’s bent and misaligned, and looks like rushed, careless work. This is not professional jewelry repair, it looks like “Mickey Mouse” work. I would not trust this place for repairs or any custom work.
